Helped develop concept "Connection Center" division for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Retail sales and support of cellular phones, satellite radio, and satellite television. Customer support of virtually all consumer electronics products, including all models of televisions, radios, computers, video game systems, VCR’s, DVD players and recorders, home phones, and other assorted consumer electronics devices.

Chief Motor Vehicle Traffic Producer

Managed the creation of the MVT department at Clear Channel, Lincoln. Responsibilities included: coordination of schedule, training of new traffic producers; application of use and changes in traffic software, communication with four Program Directors at different stations; daily communication and coordination with regional traffic department in Omaha.

Photo Lab Operator/Full Time Staff Member

Process and print C-41 color film, using automated machinery. Make adjustments as necessary for color, lighting, exposure, and other oddities. Communicate with customers, and serve them as necessary, giving tips on both standard and digital photography. Also assist customers with questions they may have regarding questions of a local or regional nature, including places to take photos, and copyright infringement. Act as cashier, and customer service agent. As Full Time staff member, was often given the responsibility of assistant on-site manager. Kodak Photo Lab certified.

In-House Technology Consultant

Print media experience included writing a weekly help column for basic newspaper designers, layout, adjustment, reverse engineering and electronic transfer of ads for the Nebraska Press Association. Experience also included design, creation, editing and upkeep of in-house documentation, and promotional materials, including advertisements. Advertising experience included layout, design, and media buying skills. Internet/Web Related experience included website design and management, cross-platform file creation and management, file transferring experience via internet-based systems and systems education of print-related media staff. Experience also included column writing for both statewide and national trade publications, for both radio and newspaper interests. Imaging Specialist & Retail Sales Assistant

Experience included design & layout, creation, editing and upkeep of price lists, advertisements, promotional material, and in-house documentation, as well as copywriting for a retail computer catalog, and technical writing for the UNL Computer Help Desk. Experience also included cross-platform file management and file transferring experience. Advertising experience also included layout, design, and media buying skills. Implementation and assistance of comprehensive promotional plan for Computer Sales Department, University of Nebraska - Lincoln [specifically, The UNL Computer Shop], which included publication of an online, downloadable, retail computer catalog. Retail experience consisted of listening to customers and helping them choose the correct computer tools (hardware and software) for their needs. Retail experience also consisted of helping train customers on how to use the products they purchased, or wanted to purchase, and providing solid customer service.
